AURORA SANDS RULES AND FINES

Living in an organized community has many benefits such as a secure environment and a relaxed lifestyle, but it also comes with many challenges.

The greatest being the difficulties related to living in close proximity with neighbours and the fact that Aurora Sands has rules and regulations that are essential to communal living. This is why adherence to the Home Owners Rules and the Constitution is important as they resolve most of the conflicts.

If discord and discontent become the rule, then all Owners will suffer and values of the property may decrease. It is therefore in each resident’s best interest to work for common good and treat the Home Owners Association Rules and Constitution as a positive compromise that far outweighs the alternative free for all.

ALL RESIDENTS at AURORA SANDS are required to comply with the complex rules. 

Failure to comply with the complex Rules may result in Fines.
